Production Coordination:

• Attend creative calls for still and live action shoots
  
• Manage timelines and project calendars
  
• Schedule all crew, vendors, talent, location, equipment, travel, and catering
  
• Lead meetings and collaborate with the creative, account, and client teams, as well as any external stakeholders
  
• Sign POs and create advances
  
• Manage any product inventory
  
• Maintain clean and consistent communication and creative feedback throughout the production
  
• Confirm file naming conventions for image data and management
  
• Design production books and send call sheets
  
• Organize receipts and project wrap for billing
  
• Confirm deliverables and handle any additional post-production needs

Covid Compliance On Set:

• On-site Rapid Antigen Testing
• Safety Questionnaires and Temperature Checks
• Thorough cleaning of all spaces 
  
• Ensuring proper use and distribution of PPE and hand sanitizer
  
• Maintaining a 6ft distance at all times
• Managing catering protocols and necessary signage
